In mid-July I called Western States AC to give me an estimate on a new system because my system sounded bad. I received a professional estimate with a load calculation, which I had never heard of, and equipment options. I felt no pressure, and we agreed to a planned install in October. Two weeks later, my compressor burned out and my AC was out! I called Paul and he had someone out within the hour. It was 9pm when they finished, but they got it done in one day. The air conditioning went out on one of my rental properties. The home is 30 years old, and so was the a/c. In the past, service companies have pressured me, and told me I had to get a new unit. James from Western States came out and found the problem, sent me photos and I authorized the repair. He did share that the a/c was old and could be replaced, but was more than happy to do the repair. 3 months later I had them change out the unit for a new one.
